tvcard will not work first time after xxx minutes (1 Viewer)

I got a wierd problem. I just set up a new computer with my firedtv and a mantis 3030 card for Dvb-T. All works great exept one little thing. Efter a while(more than one hour) the mantis card stops to work. It does not recieve any pmt
No PMT received. Timeshifting failed
until I try to tune to a channel two times. First time fails then second time it works. Really strange. After second time it works until it idles for xx minutes. Don't really know exakt how many minutes it takes for it to break but I knwo it's more than one hour.
I didn't have this prob with this card on xp and now I run vista x64 so I doubt it's the card. Is there a PCI sleep mode in Vista???
I also changes my CPU to a AMD phenom, could that be it?

I would really appriciate som pointers what to do cause I am running out of ideas.

Could you post your logfiles?

I (maybe) have an idea what could be the cause, as there are some similiar issues with Technotrend cards:

When you use a CAM, the ConditionalAccess handler tells "Don't allow to stop graph"; That's probably done because of long initialization times, but for my Technotrend card it causes hangs after suspend / resume with "No PMT" errors.

As a side note, I'm using a software CAM, but this happens without it also, tried all cases.

solved

I solved it by enabling EPG update on that card while idle every 10 minutes. This means it never goes to idle -
