TVE3/TV Server (1 Viewer)

Hi guys/gals

Very new to this and I am just trying to find out if I need TVE3/TV Server installed if I am only running MediaPortal on one pc. I will be using a DVB-S card with multiple NA sats connected. This HTPC will basically be used for TV and PVR.
