Various Changes to Setup:

1. Heading now refers to "MediaPortal TV Server / Client"
2. Working Directory for TVSetup now points to the TV Server path instead of the Startmenu
3. PowerScheduler.Interfaces.dll is copied to MP Root dir on Plugin install
4. Only Files, which have been installed by the Installer are deleted
5. Uninstaller displays now "real" names for the sections instead of "SecServer" and "SecClient"
6. MessageBox pops up on TV Plugin install, if no MediaPortal Installation is present on this computer
7. Uninstaller Shortcut is also created if only TV Plugin is selected
8. Leave Uninstaller Shortcut if TV Server is deinstalled, so that the Plugin still can be uninstalled
9. When TV Server is already installed on the system a message box pops up.
The user may cancel the install or continue. TVService is de-installed in case of continue and all files overwritten
