- Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition ---> Download
- additional (but recommened) SQL Server Management Studio Express ---> Download

The most recent public build is already fixed and tested for MySQL and MSSQL.
In SVN however (the next upcoming build) performance will even be better
