- Fix possible non-integrity of ts buffer file list between TsWriter and TsReader due to asynchronous processes.
- Sometimes, it cause TsReader to crash with crazy filenames.
- Fix invalid startPcr when wrongly searched on a just reused ts file ( not yet updated in ts buffer list )
- Each time this problem occurs, "UpdateDuration" enters in an infinite loop and crash the TsWriter.ax
- Wait a bit in case of locked file before reusing it. ( Could be locked fo some mSecs by pcr "UpdateDuration" searching the StartPcr...)
These 3 points also fix the "file handle lost"

gentle config is now always overwritten again, to get the configDBform each time, which change the service to start automatic

Analog Scan Crash

Hi All

IN this Snap i have tried with a complete fresh install of Vista 32 and this snap but when i try to do the analog
scan i get a Vista BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH CRash..

I am trying to get some sort of log but it crashes..

Will keep trying..
