DVB-S Scanning Issue

I updated today from SVN-17406 to actual build.. a now the service permanently crashes on DVB-S

DVB-T works fine...

It also seems to be a problem when you're increasind the prio higher then "normal"

It starts to leak and consums more and more memory...

Usage goes up zo 89% and more... only with GUI Open...

First ZIP is after first crash, second after a retry (rebooted system before doing it).

Service crashed during scan. I tried to cancel in GUI .. said "TV Service not started"

Had to reboot maschine..

It worked good with 17406.

removed tvserver

now after clean install of svn17406 I have the same behavior and it is creating tmp-files with about 600MB??? and consumes 600MB memory?

what happened here?

found some more

after installing the SVN and doing a channel-scan .... first it found some... then it seems that the databse crashes.. DW20.exe starts and begins to write huge TMP-Files to c-drive.. the TVService stays in the process list... and the GUI gets unresponsive.. and claims that the TV-Service is not started...

the problem now is persistent.. from SVN to SVN..

last log files

at the moment I am confused...

the server was running for 2 month right now... I just updated the SVNs

the problems started today with the update to SVN 17890.. and I cannot get rid of them..

Even when I am going back to older SVNs after complete uninstall of SQL/TVServer

reinstall on different harddrives etc. I cannot succeed to get it running.

It is always the same behavior

Service starts... gets 80-90% CPU, leaks memory til about 650MB then crashes...

That happens with GUI and without..

Attached the last log files for tonight ;-)

    Good evening

Have since a longer problem with the TV server Snapshot. I cannot implement a channel search more. With each channel search the TV servers is crashing. Microsoft update is current and the Patches from the Wiki is installed. With SVN 17500 is everything correct.

Thanks already times for the assistance. Mediaportal is great, thanks for it:)

    Crash fix

    To RobertinoM

When you reinstall, be sure to wipe ALL folders, also on the client PC's is there's any.

I cannot remember the exact location, but in Vista somewhere inside your "user" folder, there's a folder with aditional user settings for mediaportal, the folder is normally hidden so be sure to enable view of hidden and system folders.. Worked for me earlier when i had a similar problem..

    Done already..

    I am installing on Windows2003 SP2, deleted all Files/Folders/Databases didn't work
.. added two new harddisks and installed on them .. no change...

what is very strange.. that even builds that worked fine are now not working.. and show the same behavior..

And even after the last MS Updates I made it was running stable.. so the question is.. what happened?

Maybe I will do a clean OS install...
