Would you expect it to attempt to set DVB-S2 modulation for a DVB card that only supports standard def DVB-S ?

Oh-My-God.... the "wait for PMT" errors are back again....
SVN from wednesday works fine, without waiting ours for getting the PMT's but this one is a nightmare for me...
