Only the channelchanging between SD and HD Channels makes sometimes problems with Sound. (No Sound)

I for some strange reason imported my export.xml, and I did not have to do this and I wound up with double the channels ... :(

Now when I try to delete all channels to re-import the UI just freezes. I tried the "Clear" button and the "Delete" one, but nothing happens. In the end I just have to kill the UI.

Anyone know any nifty sql command that I could use?

    Hi corvy

If you are using Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition then you can use SQL Server Management Studio Express, a free download from Microsoft, link in the TV Engine Wiki.

Run it and select the correct table in the TV Database in the left hand pane (probably the Channels one), right click it and there should be an option for "DELETE to". I think you select query window from the sub menu and this gives pre-written DELETE SQL. Delete the line that has WHERE details which just leaves the DELETE FROM line. If you execute the query it will delete the entire contents of the table you have selected.

I am doing this from memory, but I think it is roughly correct.

allrighty, I will try another time just to let it delete for a few minutes, if not I will hack the sql :)

I know some builds just "kill" the db, maybe I could just drop the whole db and it will be recreated.

Seems I also have big problems with rew and ff. If i rew or ff the picture freezes for about 1-2 minutes and then starts playing at the new position. Not very "snappy" :)
