No audio recorded/transmitted except the very first time.

Hi guys,

There is no audio recorded/transmitted except the very first time. The problem is pretty reproductable:

1. Start tvservice
2. Start mediaportal (same machine or different pc, doesn't matter).
3. Switch on TV. Everything is fine.
4. Stop TV.
5. Start TV again. No audio.
6. Stop TV.

I've checked the timeshift ts. It does not have valid audio.

Attached 2 logs. A working one (first attempt) and a not working one (second attempt) for comparison. The first log created by step 3+4 above, the second created by step 5+6.

Hello, I cannot reproduce this problem. I am runnin 16374 of both tvserver, client and MP. My HW is FireDTV (Cable) and running on Windows XP. Everything works perfect.

I'm on VISTA and using analog card I have an error stating that WST codec is not installed.

I found a document from MS that states this codec is removed for Vista and newer OS:

Can a dev please review this info and update code accordly ?

SVN 16379 works like a charm for the analog part. In preview of TV3 config I can change channel and get audio and video still working. Very well done guys...

TVservice does not start automatic with complete system-start. The settings in the services are o.k. (service has to start automatically.

I'm waiting on this build. Still no build for 29 october. Something wrong in the nightly build process?
