Hi,

I am testing manual timeshifting and play the stream witn vlc.

I started timeshift on CANALE5 Italian dvbt channel, but after a few minutes both video and audio freeze.

In the tswriter.log I see this:

I tried with tvclient also, but same results.

The others channels same work fine.

Dvbviewer is just fine with all channels

Is this a bug?

With this version setup plugin installs fine but will not allow connection, using plugin from earlier version fine.

the scanning with DVB-X is ok, but I still experience some video freeze. Here a summary

1) Analog: all works fine
2) DVB-T: freeze after 7 minutes more or less
3) DVB-S on 13°E Hotbird: tested on three channels, 1 no audio, 1 no video, the other ok for only 5/6 minutes.

Well lasted about 10 mins of preview and sorting chaennels then ACCESS VIOLATION again..

the scanning with DVB-X is ok, but I still experience some video freeze. Here a summary

1) Analog: all works fine
2) DVB-T: freeze after 7 minutes more or less
3) DVB-S on 13°E Hotbird: tested on three channels, 1 no audio, 1 no video, the other ok for only 5/6 minutes.

Please try the next public build of MP & TVE3.

- Changed TsWriter logging so that it should log PCR values when something "odd" happens
- Tried to fix the PCR hole patching in TsWriter

Please post other logs than the error log also. Also did the crash happen when you were using MP or setuptv? Is the EPG grabber enabled? How about EPG grabbing when timeshifting setting?

Sorry, but your post doesn't give enough information to where to start to look at the issue...
