Ok, I'm using TVServer 1.0 with MP1.0 and SQLExpress 2005 (2005.090.3042.00) and I've tracked down some severe stuttering I've been having in video playback to TVServer. I think I know the cause, if I'm correct it's a series of calls TVServer is making to SQLServer every ~15 seconds. Attached is the filemon log from what I'm seeing. I have no clue how to reduce the impact of the calls or how to decrease their frequency (since TVServer doesn't appear to be using standard ODBC calls, or at least I can witness the named pipe activity without getting any results from a whole system ODBC SQL trace).
