Hi,
a few days ago, I've installed tv-server without problems. The only thing I was suffering from were problems with malfunctioning in time-shifting.
Therefore, I decided to update to the latest svn (13239).
After deinstallation and new installation, I've tried to test the functionality going to manual control. Selecting any of the channels, I get the error: unknown channel.
Then, I did a complete new install with resetted mssql database, too.
Same behaviour. The logs are attached.
Looking at them, the software find the channels with high signal quality, but what happens then? Any idea?????
Thanks!!!

no idea??

hi! nobody in this community has an idea or similar problems?
I am really desperate: after updating to the newest svn of tvserver i always get the unknown channel message (logs s. above) independet of what channel I am selecting. Furthermore, I resetted the ms sql database, in a next step, I uninstalled even the ms sql and all mp components to start again with a clean installation, but the error messages are the same. starting with a clean database, the tvserver can scan the channels, find all tv channels, but going to manual control, starting of time shifting is always impossible. Thus, I do not think anymore that there is something wrong with the database, but there most be something broken with mp tvserver installation. are there any entries in registry that need to be removed to start with a real "clean" new installation again? Now, it does not even work anymore with the first svn I originally started with (with a working machine with working tv-server.....).....
Any suggestions are really appreciated!! Thanks!

I only gort that error when I placed my card in a hybrid group. When I deleted the group it worked fine.

The card is a Compro T300. I don't think I have seen anybody yet get the analogue to work in Australia. I have another two people at work using the same card, Same media portal set up (except I run clients) ,and they don't get the analogue as well. I got one of them to group the card aswell - he recieved the same error.

As Trouty said... deleting Hybrid group works fine for me too.
