    Hi to everyone, after upgrade from 1.0.1 to 1.0.2 the tvsetup.exe crash everytime I lauch it, so I've checked the tvservice and is unable to start due to tvservice.exe missing on c:\program files\team mediaportal\tv server etc etc.
    I've seen the same issue on some user's feedback on your homepage concerning 1.0.2 release.
    Making a clean install don't solve ! simply mediaportal is installed correctly and tvserver not (without any error). I've seen other files are missing in tvserver directory.
    There is some install log I can check to help you ? The tvservice log only report 'unable to start tvservice' or some due to missing file.
    I've rollback only the tvserver to 1.0.1 for using mediaportal.

    FIXED: unistalling only tvserver (from tvserver program group) with simple uninstall option and then installing again
    1.0.2 works for me. Sorry for wasting you time.

    Had the same problem with a upgrade from 1.0.1.0. The file TVService.exe was no longer in the TVServer-directory. Had to uninstall and make a clean install of 1.0.2.0.

    See attached picture of the TVServer direcory.

    I have the same problem after update. TVService.exe was missing, so TVServer don't work. I rename the folder and try to reinstall with the same settings, but after that the install folder was completly empty. I have to do a fresh install to got it work again.

    I have same problem, no TV after upgrade, there is no backup, before backup directory was created automatically within installation.
    I can't see TV, I can't reinstall with current settings, looks like I can run only fresh installation and I'll have to spend huge amount of my time for whole system setup from the beginning. Sorry but this is really crazy((((((((((((((((((.
    Most crazy that I can't reinstall system and keep current settings.

    Yes you can, just uninstall TVserver + plugin from control panel a reboot is recommended, then run the installer again, it should only show TVServer + plugin needs installing, once done you need to put the password in and that is all, your already configured settings are saved from previous install.

    Same problem. Solution:
    * after install just reboot pc
    * start TV Server config
    * log to database (if prompted)
    * now you should see TV Server config screen

    All works fine after this procedure.
