Gday Guys, ive been having a few problems with getting MP going .. I have it installed on a Win2003 Rc2 machine using it just as a TV server only.... Ive tried installing some older versions of MP plus this new RC1 V1.10 release but no luck getting it to work...
It appears that TV service is running ok, no problem there or with SQL, but just that wont respond when trying to run the setup config to configure it....I get the "server actively refused it" message everytime i run it...
Ive tried telneting port 31456 but it saying nothing's there.. My firewall is turned off completely.. Ive also added that other entry into the "host" file , still no luck.. Also Telneted the machines IP instead of the server name (or localhost) incase the internal DNS was screwed up but made no difference...
Anyone got any idea's..
