TVService will not start (1 Viewer)

hello all,

Im a bit of a noob at this, but i have just installed Mediaportal on my PC running tiny XP SP3. I go to run TV-server configuration and a dailog box saying TVservice has not started pops up. After telling it to start the service, nothing happens. I then go into services, go to start the service and i get the following message:

"Could not start the TVService service on Local Computer: Error 1068:The dependancy servie or goup failed to start"

Anyone have any idea on how to fix this??

EDIT: OK, after a few reboots it magically starts working by itself, but in the TV-server Configuration tool, there is no TV servers to chose from, despite the fact that I have installed the drivers, etc...
Any thoughts on that one?

Please post tv server logs from c:\document and settings\all users\application data\team mediaportal
As it is a stripped down version of xp sp3 it might not have necessary services installed or running. First post logs and after that if nothing is there you could install proper xp and try again.
