Twinhan 1030 poor signal stregnth and quality (1 Viewer)

My Twinhan DTV 1030 via BDA drivers detect a sat signal in strength and quality 20-30% less than the signal detected by a Nexus-s on the same sat cable.
The BDA driver used for twinhan is 1.2.3.8.

I think the poor signal detected may be cause of:
1- long "wait for pmt" in tv.log
2- long time for channel changing
3- Bad video quality

Any Suggest?
