Synopsis::

Every now and then when switching on tv I get signal 0 and the tv is black. if I immideately turn off/on tv again it works.This ahppens every maybe 5 times
DVBGraphBDA: signal strength:0 signal quality:0 signal present:False locked:False
Usually when I get this I also get
2006-03-06 22:00:05 DVBDemuxer:stopped receiving DVB packets
2006-03-06 22:00:12 DVBDemuxer:stopped receiving DVB packets
2006-03-06 22:00:19 DVBDemuxer:stopped receiving DVB packets
2006-03-06 22:00:27 DVBDemuxer:stopped receiving DVB packets

Turn it on again and I get
DVBGraphBDA: signal strength:98 signal quality:90 signal present:True locked:True

The really bad thing is that every now and then the recordings gets fuck* up too and probably because of this. I am trying to figure out how to change the code to check for this but not sure if I should go for signal or "got pmt"?
2006-03-06 22:07:07 wait for pmt :-1
2006-03-06 22:07:07 DVBGraph:Got PMT version:1

And next question is what is the correct way of restarting the recorder enginge without trashing the alredy begun recording?

Can one of the tv devs maybe help me out?

I saw that a number of people also get this error and maybe the solution is to check for signal and if not restart recorder!

Regards
