Hello all,
I have two STB's from the cable company connected separately to two Hauppauge 1800 tuner cards. I also have two separate IR blasters configured to blast to each STB independently. This is where I start to get confused. How do I map the channels to the cards. Right now, I have all the channels that the schedules direct plug-in imported automatically mapped to one card, and it works great. What do I need to do to get the second card functioning?
If I map all the channels to both cards, I cant seem to create a priority for the cards... it wants to default to the wrong card. I have one card connected to the HD STB, the other to the SD STB, and I want the HD STB to be the default, and the SD STB to be used for recording one show, while watching another. I tried messing with the priority, but it gets very confusing since both cards have the same name, and I cannot figure out how to rename one or both to make it less confusing.
