I run WebEPG-conf.exe and mapped channels,

I then run WebEPG to get my TVguide.xml and I can data in it,

What I need next to have it displayed in MediaPortal ?

    I'm on a Client/Server configuration with Tv3.

Many thanks for all info provided....

    level20peon,

thx for your guide but this was where I started from.

I have my tvguide.xml created but nothing is shown in MP.

Take care that I'm on a Client/Server TV3 config and in SetupTv.exe->plugin->xmltv I have the correct path but no import at all.

Refresh EPG in manual control doesn't help either.

    Any idea ?

    Simone

Use the xmltv2 plugin, has a force refresh (at least that should tell you your paths are ok) and also the ability to import channels from guide to check these are fine as well.

And of course make sure the dtd file is in the same folder as TVGuide.xml.

    I have no tvguide.dtd !

Also I have no force refresh. Is the plugin to be installed or already built with TV3 ?

I didn't think you are not able to manage this, just wanted to doublecheck ;) And this is indeed the right path.

    More doublechecks:

-Have you enabled the checkboxes in the plugin configuration menu AND enabled the plugin itself ?

If so please attach your log file.

    Hi,
chemelli, since you use vista you should copy the tvguide.dtd from C:\Users\All Users\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\xmltv to the folder in Program Files.

    Regards
