hello there. I hope i completed all the required information and this thread makes it through. basically, i am getting the notice in the title while trying to set up channels within MP. the TV tuner card has worked with a different freeware software (was not happy with the performance) so it is functional.

as a side note, i found it odd that Toronto was not included in the list of Canadian cities (limited to London, Montreal and Vancouver). the manual tunning found no channels.

Hi,
Seems like it have some errors around when it add your soundcard filter, do you use latest drivers for both tuner card & soundcard?
Btw, attach logs to your post, it's a mess when you post it into the post

i installed the tuner card a couple days ago and the wizard found the latest driver. i just checked my sound card driver and it is also up to date.
