Unable to create/modify gentle.config (1 Viewer)

Installed the latest SVNs of MP and TV3 on Vista Ultimate x86 and I'm getting

"Unable to create/modify gentle.config from path C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\gentle.config: Could not find file 'C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\gentle.config'" in the log file.

The file is present, but in C:\Program Files\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal
Should I just copy this file over or is this some known bug that is being fixed (and which doens't affect functionality)?

I saw this being referenced in https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/showthread.php?t=29029 but if the fix was supposed to be commited to SVN, it's not there.

I have manually copied gentle.config to the location where it was looking for it. Should i delete this file before upgrading?

If you just "upgraded" from a previous SVN - yes please rename the file to check whether it is solved now.

K, I re-opened a smaller bug with that which only might occur in rare cases - nevertheless that one needs to be fixed as well..
