Synopsis::
I get the errors "Unable to play disc" and "Did you insert a disc?" when trying to play a DVD. I first tried to play the Matrix which played, but did not fill the whole screen. I tried to escape (esc) back to the main menu and MediaPortal locked up. After a restart, no dvd will play and I get this error. I have since uninstalled and reinstalled MediaPortal, and changed codecs to no avail. I installed PowerDVD 6 which appears to work fine on it's own, but the codecs do not work in MediaPortal. I have also tried 3 different DVD drives which bring the same issue. Any ideas? Please let me know if you need more information (ie log file, etc).
Thanks,
mozzwald
