On the latest versions of MP I get "unable to play live.ts.tsbuffer" if I start live TV on a coded channel.
It is possible to start Live TV if I switch to an uncoded channel and leave Live TV for something else (My Films...) and then change back to Live TV. Just switching to an uncoded channel gives the same error message ("unable to play live.ts.tsbuffer").

When Live TV has started I often have very slow channel shifting between coded channels, but switching between uncoded channels is fast. The log shows first the "unable to play live.ts.tsbuffer"-problem, then switching between coded channels and last switching between uncoded once.

I have tried changing TV card driver to later once (1.1.1.7 and 1.1.1.8), but the the problem gets worse with these drivers

Do you need more logs or have further questions that could help to solve this problem?

Try debug options and there reset graph. Use search to find out how to do that.

I'm sorry, but the headline should be "Unable to play live.ts.tsbuffer and slow channel shifting on Twinhan", no graphproblem (could not change the headline when I saw the mistake).

So the problem happens 100% of the time if you start TV on an encrypted channel?
If you start TV on a clear channel it is ok?
Clear channels are only a problem after you have got this message because you tried to watch an encrypted channel?

Do you have any problems if you start TV on a clear channel and then change to an encrypted one?

Also noticed in logs that you have
    Code:
2010-09-19 14:45:19.281250 [ERROR][MPMain(1)]: TvPlugin and TvServer don't have the same version.
    TvServer Version: 1.0.9.0
    TvPlugin Version: 1.1.0.0

This should stop TV working altogether.

Can you confirm what version windows says TVPlugin.dll is?

And thirdly your logs are missing mediaportal.log ???

This should be created every time you open MP and is needed to help debug this

No, It happens two times out of three, not always.

Yes, if I start on a clear channel I only have the slow channel shifting.

Yes, clear channels only have problems if I first get an error message on encrypted ones.

No error message if I start on a clear channel, but I still have slow channel shifting.

I used the debug plugin from start meny to create the log and have pasted everything I got in the log above...

    Windows says TV-plugin is 1.1.0.0

I use this patch to make channel shifting a bit better: https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/...5/help-test-fix-some-cards-slow-tuning-84024/
