Unable to play: Live3-0.ts.tsbuffer (1 Viewer)

Can someone give me a hand. I can't get the TV to turn on in Media Portal. I can see the channels when I preview them in TVServer Configuration but every time I try to turn on the TV in MediaPortal I get the error " UNABLE TO PLAY: LIVE3-0.TS.TSBUFFER ". I have searched the forum and have tried a bunch of suggestions including re-registering TsReader.ax, numerous codec settings and updating the video driver. So currently for codecs I have SAF(unlocked) setup with the settings suggested on the SAF post and I have the newest WQHL Nvidia Driver installed. I don't know where to go from here. Can anyone help?
