I have been having some serious problems playing recorded shows recently.
I have tried recording in both MPG and TS formats, and neither want to play for me...
When I record in MPG format, the recording will start playing for maybe up to 10 seconds and then just pause and not go any further... MP is still responsive and CPU usage is low... I can even move forward in the recording and it will start playing for a few seconds and then stop again....
When I recording TS format, I have real problems, as the recording will not even start playing... When I attempt to play the recording, MP basically stops responding and CPU usage skyrockets to 100% and there is constant HDD access as well for about 3-4 minutes, after which the screen goes black for another 3-4 minutes and then the MP interface usually returns with live TV playing again, but not the recording... after almost 10 minutes of waiting... CPU and HDD usage remains high until mediaportal is restarted...
I have attached my MediaPortal.log and vmr9.log files for you to look at, hope it provides you with some insight into this problem as this is being a real pain at the moment...
in advance!
