unable to use alt-tab function on remote for switching sagetv and MP (1 Viewer)

Hey everyone I am using the stable version of MP with Sagetv as my recorder because I find mediaportal very unstable when it comes to recording..now this is only my experience..I have tried different svn releases but always find it crashed when resuming from standby..with Sagetv I have no issues but my problem is that I still love Mp and want to use it as my general mediaplayer for movies and recordings..I want to map a button on my harmony remote to do alt-tab between sagetv and MP but it doesnt work..If I do it from the keyboard then I see something called hcwcontrol showing up in the alt-tab categories and I think this maybe the issue..has anyone tried this setup before? any tips or suggestions?

If you mean hcwhelper, this one can be disabled by disabling Hauppauge remote in configuration.exe.

If I disabled hcwhelper then wouldnt my harmony remote stop functioning in mediaportal? right now I have the remote set to emulate the hauppauge remote as that is my tv tuner card and ir receiver.
