Uninstall SQL and TV SERVER (1 Viewer)

Is there a way to completely uninstall media portals tv server other than add remove programs?

Every time I go to install itcomes up with the old 'htpc' and sql (not sql express) which is the original setup.

I want to get rid of everything to see if I can get back dvb epg.
