Unknown Avermedia card (1 Viewer)

I'm totally confused with Avermedia models and I'd like to know what's the exact model number of my card and if it is supported in Media Portal yet. Here's a picture (click for full res version):



I think it has a Philips tuner. On the face of the main chip you can read:
