    Do these analog cards have an mpeg2 hardware encoder chip?
    or are these software encoding cards?

    Yes, they have hardware MPEG2 encoder chips. They are actually an external box and the MP computer connects to it over Ethernet.

    They work great with MP Server 1.02 with the patch from this thread.

    There is no patch file in that thread....
    Maybe you can get in contact with that user so that he submits his change in the patches section? :D

    I have not been able the reach the person that created the modified DLL.

    At this point I don't know if it would be easier to decompile his dll and compare it to the standard dll or to use the error logs to determine the problem in 1.1 RC1.

    I can post log files from a working 1.02 setup with his TVLibrary.dll or I can post his dll but I doubt we will be able to get the source code for his changes.
