[Approved] Updated danish grabbers (1 Viewer)

There are 4 grabbers in the danish list as below:
tv_tv2_dk.xml - Does not work anymore, please remove
www_dr_dk.xml - Haven't checked
ontv_dk.xml - Is a payed solution (keep?)
www_ahot_dk.xml - Some new channels are added and sorted some of them by name (the file is attached)

I can see this was not a part of the 1.2.0 release. What to do to get this in the next release?
