Since the existing tools are not working (anymore) and where not able to wake up (WOL) my Server I decided to create my own tool 
Note: You can also use this tool without IRTrans or X10 to automatically wake up your server and start Media Portal with one click.
You can choose the following options in the Tray-Menu:
Right click opens the menu. You can acces the configuration window with "Configure ..." in the menu.
Features:
- You can define a delay between wakeup Server and Media Portal start.
(To make sure the TV-server is really ready when Media Portal has been loaded)
- Wakeup of the server and the button press on the remote with acoustic feedback.
- The status of the server (awake or not) can be displayed (Trayicon green or gray).
- NEW: Auto Wakeup Server and start MP Client after Wakeup of the Client PC.
- NEW: X10 Support.
Installation:
The program should be self explanatory, IRTrans must be configured as described here:
MediaPortal/Configuration/Remote/IRTrans - MediaPortal Manual Documentation
(Those who already use IRTrans with Media Portal should not have to change anything)
Attention: Enable Ping on the server to make server status working.
Create a folder in "Program files" files and unpack the zip content there (or you can use Media Portal folder).
Then create a link in "Autostart" menu - done!
If anyone finds some error or have an idea please post here.
