As this change from 2304 to 255 was issued by mplanguagetool.zip - it needs to be fixed or guide edited to point mandatory manual reverting this value back after translation.

Some typos fixed, several strings translated.
Also (based on discussion in Russian MP community) change to <Language name="Russian" characters="1105">
Assuming that Basic Russian Alphabet (0x0410...0x044F) plus (0x0450...0x0451) from Cyrillic Extensions from Unicode Cyrillic block is enough for full Russian localisation. If this approach is wrong - I beg developers to point to the right one.

If it's an apartment block, it's quite likely that the LNB is something exotic that handles Sky and others. Try a different LNB frequency (and possibly the low and high frequency settings. I know little of such things, but apparently Sky is often 10750. Give it a try. Freeview is horizontally polarised.
