Upgrade 1.0 -> 1.1Beta: Setup says 1.1B already installed (1 Viewer)

Hi there,

I'm trying to update my 1.0 MP installation (Client + Server on same machine) to update to 1.1.0 Beta.
When starting the Setup, it says that 1.1.0 Beta is already installed (although I've never run the 1.1.0 Beta Setup).
Setup doesn't offer me "Upgrade", only "New Installation".

What should I do?
In addition, it offers me to install MySQL 5.0.
As far as I know 1.0 was running MS SQL Express Server.
Will all my database entries be migrated?
