Hi there

I have searched, but can't seem to find the answer (I am probably just being stupid).

I have MP 0.2.3.0 and MPTVSeries 2.0.0.0 and want to upgrade. I stayed with these versions following the "Not broke, don't fix it" method that has served me well for some time.

That said, I now need some of the features in MP1.0.

Upgrading to MP1.0 is straightforward enough, but I want to ensure that I don't lose my MPTV data - I have some 5000 TV shows and don't relish the idea of re-importing all of them and flagging them manually as watched etc.

How could I go about bringing across my current data into MP1.0 (and preferably update to the latest MPTV at the same time).

After upgrading to MediaPortal 1.0.0, upgrade TVSeries to the last stable release which supports it: v2.1.3331.

As always backup your database and MediaPortal incase something goes wrong, but upgrade should work just fine between v2.0-2.1. I would recommend doing a full update scan in configuration before entering MediaPortal as there has been a lot of changes.
