Upgrading to RC1 with tv server (1 Viewer)

Hi I just installed a new Firedtv S2 card. Currently i am running 0.2.3.x with a analog tuner. I have everything set up as I want it and its running great. I want to upgrade to RC1 and switch over to the tvserver. Is there a way of doing this without me having to setup ( scan ) all my old channels manually again? Can I just keep my old EPG and channel settings and import them to the new tvserver after the new installation?
I remember it was a lot of manual work to get the channels into 0.2.3 and set up the EPG for dutch tv.

I would suggest you to wait for RC2, as its not that far away. Not sure if its possible to import settings from old tv engine to the new one. Even if it were possible I would suggest to do a clean install of the tv engine.
