Hey guys,

I was just wondering if anyone had audio and video streaming from a UPNP server working...

I have the UPNP browser plugin (here: MEDIAPORTAL - free media center - UPNP Browser) installed and the vlc plugin (here: MEDIAPORTAL - free media center - VLC 0.9.x External Player Plugin) and I can't seem to get audio functionality. (vlc v. 1.0.2)

Video streams fine, but whenever I try to play an audio file it goes fullscreen black and all commands loose their functionality. The only key that seems to jar MP out of this freeze is F2, when it asks if I want to quit to enter configuration, it unfreezes MP.

I noticed the plugin page said it was for 0.9.x versions of vlc so I went and got v. 0.9.9 and it didn't seem to work with the plugin at all.

I guess my question is, did any of you guys get UPNP streaming to work with MP with both video and audio support? And if so what were your settings and versions?

Thanks in advance for the help,
