USB DVB T software (1 Viewer)

I've been given an AVLABS USB 2.0 DVB-T "dongle", it comes prepackaged with some really rubbish software and I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions for open source software that will support a USB Digital (NZ Freeview) TV source ...

If your dongle supports BDA drivers, I think you found your software

Downloaded MP last night and tried but it doesn't appear to work.

The first thing we would ask your hardware specifications, then which codecs are installed to actually play video (search SAF here).

Maybe look at the requirements page, if you do not meet these, might be worth a look at GB-Pvr which is similar but not so high spec.
