AW: USB IR Remote Receiver Input Plugin

I found this source already.
Looks like the code get sent by the InputHandler.MapAction(Key:Integer) to Mediaportal!?
Now the bigger problem is that the DLL is writen in Delphi Win32.
Is there any example for Delphi how to access the InputHandler?
