[EPG] Use all available DVB Cards for DVB EPG Grabbing (1 Viewer)

Problem: Short stuttering when DVB EPG grabbing starts on the DVB Card that is running live TV

Question: Could the second (idle) DVB Card be used instead when the first DVB Card is busy with Live TV or Recording ?
( hoping that this will not cause the short stuttering on Live tV )
