Summary: Use Avi files as visualisation?!!!

Description:
I'd like to be able to use an avi file as a music visualisation, minus any audio in the file of course.... hte only info I can find on the subject is on MSDN, creating custom Media Player visualisations, which is way out of my league, it would be great if MediaPortal could support this, that way I could have nice high res backgrounds on my TV whilst I'm playing music!

You will be able to do this with MP2, but it's beyond MP1's capabilities as it involves 2 active players which are not supported.
