Using Mediaportal with an external hard drive (1 Viewer)

hey guys, i was wondering if anyone could help me?
ive just bought a western digital 1TB external USB2.0
hard drive, filled it with all of my video files, but it does
not show up on the list of folders when you open
mediaportal and click videos. is there anything i have
to do to make the program recognise an external
hard drive connected via usb?

In MP config, you need to go to the Videos->Video Folders and add a new share for the folder on the drive you want to see.
