Hey mate,
I had the same problem, download the new drivers from the Kworld site.
They make the card appear as 'Connexant' instead of 'Xpert' and then MP will recognise it.

Hope it owrks for you, i got it recognised and watching TV but it kept giving me IRQL bluescreen errors at random points, might have been a faulty card though

It was the card.
I had it all running and it would BSOD my system at random points.

I haen't tried a different card yet though, i'm going to use an external tuner instead.

Hello,

I have the same problem with MediaPortal using my Vstream DVB-T PCI TV Card. :(

It does,'t take long to come up with a blue screen with irql_not_less_or_equal

I am using the latest drivers. Looks like the Vstream card isn't fully compatable with MediaPortal.

Regards,

Markus

Same problem here using the V-Stream X-pert card. I've wiped my harddrive & did a complete Windows reinstall, which seems to have calmed the BSOD down a bit (I now average about 1 or 2 a week with intensive MP use, rather than 1 or 2 an hour). Just enough to annoy me, but not enough to get me to buy another card.... yet.
