I have seen numerous requests for people looking for help getting started writing a plugin for MP in VB.Net. (I was one of the ones making the requests, heh).

Well, I finally managed to get a plugin to compile (in VB.Net), and load into MP. It is a basic Window Plugin that does absolutely nothing functional, but might be a way for new developers to get their hands dirty.

Keep in mind, I am no where near fluent in writing plugins for MP, I am just starting off myself.

Ask questions if you want, and I will do my best to answer.

The reason for the name of the rar file is because it is the name for the plugin I am writing...forgot to change it
