Very slow/sluggish channel changes and OSD etc. (1 Viewer)

My channel changes are slow. The OSD changes relatively quickly, but it takes quite a while ~5 seconds for the actual picture to change over.

However, if i decide to press channel up two or three times, the OSD lags and then ends up saying 'channel x' when its actually playing 'channel y'

The other problem i have, is that the OSD won't turn off. I expect that when i change channel, after ~3 seconds, the osd would disappear. It's just permanently on in this case.

My specs are:

p4 1.9ghz, with 712 mb ram
ATI Radeon 9250SE sapphire 128mb
DNTV Live Pro!
Twinhan Sat-CI Dvb-S

Running windows XP Sp2


Timeshifting is OFF, and my Zap delay thingis are both set to Zero.

Other than that, and my remote troubles it's working well.. Really wanna finish this project soon

fixed

set zap delay to 1 second instead of 0. 0 caused a big lag.

Also set my application priority to highest.

One of the two worked

Now my OSD won't go away still, but i'll start another thread for that
