When you change the Title of the video item, it should NOT reset the cover art. This is beyond annoying.
Example: Go into the Video database editor tab, and select any movie that you already have cover art for that comes from the web. Change the title of the movie, and then go look at the cover art. It's either *gone*, or it's been changed.
