having the issue that i cannot create a graph that would allow me to use the TV tuner card. i do not know what this means or anything so if anyone can give me any information on how to fix this problem??? thanks a lot

also wanted to mention that when i go through the general setup menu it cannot find a city in the US and it just hangs on manual Tv Config. Can someone please help, i really would like this to be up and running.
