Video playback jumps forwored randomely (1 Viewer)

Hi,
When playing a video file (usually avi xvid) the movie may jump foreword a few minutes (15-30) seemingly on its own.
This also happens on previous versions of the software but does not happen in other Media players I've tried.
Happens with diffrent remotes, mouse keyboards attached.

Couldn't find similar issue searching the forum, please help.

Hi there and welcome

I do not see a mediaportal.log in your attachment.
Please reproduce the issue and submit all/full debug log files.

Don't know if i might be on track here Rekenaar but the last time i experienced the problem mentioned by Tirano was due to a wireless USB mouse plugged in, as soon as i removed it, problem never resurfaced again.

rekenaar, I did per the instruction but again zip file created without the logs....any ideas?
Any way to add logs manually?

mjmapi I'll give it a try but I need the wireless mouse....any way to disable the jump foreword function???

Close MP
Open MP Configuration
Click the "User Config Files" Button top left
Enter the log directory
See if there's a mediaportal.log file there

Also please report back on mjmapi's suggestion. Just to be sure if there is interference or not.
