hoping someone can help.
I used ProjectX 09.04.x for cutting at start and end of the video and commercial to. I am using MP 1.0.2 and recorded .TS format.
When watching the video within the internal player of MP, it stops responding at the cut position of the first commercial and the hard disk is working hard.
When watching with Win MP11 it is stuttering shortly but playing does not stop at that position.
ProjectX didn't report any errors creating the new .ts file after cutting.
When demuxing, using Cuttermaran and muxing to mpeg, my 5.1, AC3, DTS, or however the sound is called, is lost. The receiver (connected through SPDIF) is showing 2 channels only, whereas 5.1 is recorded originally.
Creation of a mkv with mkvmerge leads to an error when playing.
Are the settings in ProjectX wrong? (converting .ts -> .ts, or .ts -> .m2p). No one reports such problems here, I couldn't find any help.
