Hello,

I use the xbmc for a long time, one of the futures i like alot is that xbmc lets you watch movies direct from a iso or RAR file.

I wonder if this application has this same nice function buildin ?

Wartching from rar won't work. A ISO you can watch if you install daemontools. Actualy... you can mount every image file you want with daemontools from MyPrograms.

MediaPortal will mount the ISO (or any other image file supported by Daemontools) for you. It's completely effortless.

Just make sure you cofigure the Daemontools section in the setup correctly and turn "Safe Mode" off in Daemontools itself, this will prevent Dtools from showing a security dialog.

The only changes I see are: Updated Marcel Groothuis version of the plugin to now support Media Portal 2.5 I can't say anything about the functionality of this plugin, I don't use TV Part, but if there are any changes that can be simply transferred, then I can try. But I can't give any guarantees.

Perhaps... Only way to confirm would be for me to invest in a different USB DVB-S2 tuner (like the Hauppauge WinTV-NOVA-S2), which I might do if the issue persists.

In the UK, the EPG transmitted in the DVB-T datastream allows each programme to have two genres -- a primary genre, and a secondary genre (i.e. a subgenre).
