But these rules look wrong in some way. i.e. you have set a the rules for having:MinWidth=600MaxWidth=0(and the same with the height)The min and max values for width and height must be ranges. That means if your video stream has a size of 720 pixels (look in the first post how to find yours) you have to set the min value to a lower or equal value. The max value must be equal or higher.
